  • Pose demonstrations and explanations

  • Alignment corrections and verbal cues throughout session

  • Modifications and prop suggestions  as needed

  • Pose progression tailored to your improvements

  • Choice to focus on power yoga, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, restorative or a combination of practices

  • Motivation, encouragement, and accountability

60 minutes  |  $45

Private meditation sessions
  • Learn how to tailor meditation and mindfulness practice to your individual needs and interests.

  • Practice breathwork techniques, guided visualizations, chanting/Kirtan, body scans, and more!

  • Discover keys to reducing anxiety, fostering self-kindness, self-compassion, and self-acceptance, and means for living a life of increased tranquility, peacefulness, and wellbeing.
